This policy describes how Zavro collects, uses, and shares information when you use the product at zavroapp.com.

What Zavro collects

Account details such as your email address and authentication records.
Job-search data you add or import, including job titles, companies, dates, notes, contact details, and related workflow information.
Profile inputs such as target role, location, salary range, skills, employment status, and any resume text you choose to store.
Billing records needed to manage subscriptions, such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
Basic product-usage events and page views used to operate and improve the service.

To provide the job-tracking product, authenticate your account, and save your search data.
To process billing, manage plan limits, and let you manage subscriptions.
To support product analytics, reliability, abuse prevention, and customer support.
To generate optional AI-assisted next-step suggestions when you choose to use that feature.

Supabase is used for authentication, database storage, and session handling.
Stripe is used for subscription billing and payment management.
OpenAI is used for optional AI-assisted suggestion features. When you trigger AI assistance, Zavro may send selected role details such as title, company, contact name, interview timing, current next action, and a short description excerpt.
RapidAPI JSearch and Adzuna are used to retrieve job listings when you search for roles to import.
Analytics tooling may be used to understand product usage and improve the service.

Zavro keeps your account data while your account remains active.
If you delete your account from Settings, Zavro is intended to cancel active subscriptions, remove your account, and delete associated application data tied to that account.
Some payment, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance records may be retained as required by payment processors or applicable law.
